Accommodation

There are three options for conference accommodation: As we get closer to the event, some of the rooms reserved by the conference under options 1 and 2 will be released. Our advice is that if you wish to use options 1 or 2, do so early.

Option-1. A range of local hotels can be booked through the Marketing Edinburgh Convention Bureau which has negotiated rates at a number of city centre hotels (see map below) for Euroclay 2015 and offer a free online accommodation booking service at this link to delegates attending this meeting.

Credit card details are required to make a booking and confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.  Payment should be made directly with the accommodation provider at the time of your stay.

Option-2. A range of accommodation has also been reserved at the University of Edinburgh where a variety of options is available at the Pollock Halls and Masson House.

Follow this link to the University booking system; for the conference rates the promotion code CLA15 should be entered on the form. Under the promotional code CLA15, rooms have been reserved from 2nd to 12th July. Dates outside of this range are available by removing the promotional code and making a separate booking. Contact Edinburgh First, details below, if you wish to extend your stay and use the same room throughout.

Option-3. Do your own thing!  Edinburgh has a wealth of accommodation options and you may well find a good or better deal using the usual suite of online accommodation booking services
